Everything in Pathfinder, and then some. Complete Representation takes you all the way from initial discovery through a full, build-ready hand-of to your construction team. We go deep on budgeting, lead the contractor and design team selection process, negotiate contracts on your behalf, and coordinate across all stakeholders — so that by the time construction begins, nothing is left to chance. Engagements start at a minimum of 60 hours, scaled to the complexity and scope of your project. You shouldn't have to navigate this alone. With Complete Representation, you don't.

This package covers full pre-construction guidance and representation, including contract negotiation and stakeholder coordination on your behalf. It does not include in-house design or drafting work, permit handling, third- party consultant fees, guaranteed project costs, or legal/financial liability of any kind. Any work beyond the initial 60-hour scope will be documented and authorized in writing before proceeding.

Investment starts at $6,000, covering an initial retainer of dedicated representation. If your project requires additional time beyond the agreed scope,
we'll continue at our standard hourly rate — always discussed and agreed upon before moving forward. For larger or more complex projects, custom pricing will be discussed.
