Our role is to guide and represent you through the pre-construction process — not to act as a designer, contractor, or legal entity. This package does not include design or drafting work, permit handling, or third-party consultant fees such as those from an architect, engineer, or designer. While we'll help you build a preliminary budget framework, we can't provide final cost estimates — those will depend on completed plans and selections. Any hours beyond the initial scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins, at our standard hourly rate. We're also not liable for project outcomes — financial, legal, or otherwise — and anything outside of what's explicitly outlined in your agreement isn't included.
